Within New Zealand goods are delivered by Courier Post within a five day period (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays). If there is a delay due to unavailability notification will be made at the time of confirmation of the order as to the estimated delivery time. Goods supplied to Australa are sent by NZ Post (Airmail) within a five day period and under narmal conditions arrive within seven days of the dispatch of same.
INT AIR PCL - this is normal Airmail with a Non Signature / Tracking Courier Service at customers expense.
INTERNATIONAL COURIER - this a tracked international service that is of greater cost.
You have 7 days from receipt of the product to return (at your expense) to be eligible for a refund. A $20.00 handling fee will apply. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. Credits may take up to 4 weeks to show on your credit card. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please insure or add tracking to package for your own safety. Refunds - COVID19:
Due to an unusal circumstances we have found delays beyond our control with orders and refunds. Credits for products that have been sent and or not suitable will attract a 7% Handling/Returns fee to cover same.
If your selected adidas spare parts are not in our stock, we will endeavour to have them within 10 - 12 days from the manufacturer in Austria. Please note that some older adidas models are sometimes discontinued but spare parts are still available X Austria. If spare parts have been advised as on Back Order with the 10 - 12 day period and the order is cancelled, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $20.00.
You have 7 days from receipt of the product to be able to exchange your purchase. Shipping charges will not apply on the first exchanged item unless you request faster shipping. Exchanged items will be sent via Courier Post. Product and packaging must be in original condition, to be fully exchangeable. Exchange on orders outside of New Zealand will attract a handling fee of NZD20 to include return postage.
All goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects. Close Out sunglasses are not under manufacturer's warranty - being discontinued models spare parts may be available at cost. Warranty does not include personal neglect or accidents. Any item that needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty should be returned to our address below.
PEPPERS eyewere & SOS sunglasses - All stock held are Close Out models as we no longer distribute these brands. Any warranty claimed would be with either of the manufactureres direct. Contact details can be obtaines from us.
Repairs Outside of Warranty:
A $20.00 fee charge will be charged to cover cost of the repair evaluation, postage and handling if repair authorisation is refused. You do not need to send money when you return an item for servicing outside the warranty period; Customer Service will contact you with a firm price.
We endeavor to offer the best prices on all of our products, but if you find it cheaper, will try to match or beat any authorised dealer's advertised price (close-outs or specials not included). Just e-mail us where you found a price and we will tell you if we can do better.
New Zealand - All products purchased and paid for within New Zealand are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax of 15%. A Tax Invoice will be supplied with the goods.
Australia and Rest of the World - Goods supplied to customers do not include GST - but do include delivery charges from New Zealand as loaded into the Shopping Cart
Price Sets - Credit Cards & Internet Banking:
Credit Card transactions are in New Zealand Dollars and are processed in real time in a secure gateway. NZD will be converted to local currency and debited to their Credit Cards.
Internet Banking payments require a twenty four (24) hour bank clearance period before confirmation of your order is made.
